By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.


1. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent to use our Site and Services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

All service details, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements or packages chosen by you at the time of purchase.


3. Payments and Pricing

All prices listed on writelypay.com are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full or as per an agreed payment plan before work begins.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the payment method provided. Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable, except in cases explicitly covered under our refund policy or applicable consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, packages, or payment structures at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect ongoing projects that have already been contracted.


4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information, including manuscripts, content, and project details.

  • Respond to emails, drafts, and revision requests within agreed timelines.

  • Review and approve materials promptly to avoid delays.

  • Secure all necessary permissions for third-party materials (images, quotes, etc.) included in your book.

Failure to provide required materials or timely feedback may result in project delays or additional charges.


5. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain full ownership and copyright to your manuscript, content, and creative work. WritelyPay does not claim any rights to your intellectual property.

However, you grant us a limited license to use your materials for the sole purpose of delivering the requested Services. Upon completion and full payment, all final deliverables (except licensed stock assets or proprietary tools) become your property.

We may display non-confidential samples of completed work (e.g., book covers or website designs) in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.


6. Revisions and Deliverables

Each service package includes a specific number of revisions as listed in the service description or contract.
Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur extra fees.

Deliverables will be provided in standard digital formats (e.g., PDF, EPUB, MOBI, or Word files).
Once the final deliverables are approved, WritelyPay is not responsible for further modifications or distribution errors made by third-party platforms.


7. Turnaround Times

Project completion timelines are estimates based on the information provided and may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.
WritelyPay will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but will not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including client inaction, third-party service issues, or technical disruptions.


8. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our Services are labor-intensive and customized, refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • A written cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment, and no work has begun.

  • If WritelyPay fails to deliver agreed services due to our own fault or inability, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds are not available once creative work (editing, design, writing, or development) has started.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Some services, such as distribution or marketing, may involve third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Amazon, Kindle, IngramSpark, Google Books, Spotify).
WritelyPay is not responsible for the performance, policies, or technical issues of these third parties.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with each platform’s separate terms of service.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WritelyPay and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

  • Errors, omissions, or delays beyond our control.

  • Results, sales, or audience outcomes following the use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to WritelyPay for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


11. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any manuscripts, files, or information you share with us will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing your project.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your project or account if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in abusive or fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, you remain responsible for all outstanding payments for work completed up to that date.


13. Changes to Terms

WritelyPay may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in your local jurisdiction or our principal place of business.
