Because we provide digital tools, automated services, and software-based solutions, refunds are handled carefully and only under specific conditions.
All digital products, software tools, templates, and downloadable resources sold on GhostifyPay are non-refundable once delivered or accessed—unless there is a proven technical issue caused by our platform that we are unable to resolve.

Subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or annual) to GhostifyPay services are billed in advance.
A refund may be issued only if:

Refunds will not be issued if:

You fail to use or access your account
You fail to cancel before the renewal date

You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
No further charges will be made.
No partial-month or prorated refunds will be issued.
One-time service orders (e.g., setup services, integrations, manual tasks) can be cancelled only if work has not yet begun.
If work has already started, cancellations may be accepted at GhostifyPay’s discretion, but refunds may be partial or unavailable.
If you need help with an order, we encourage you to contact us first.
Filing a chargeback without giving our support team the opportunity to resolve the issue may result in:
Immediate suspension of your GhostifyPay services
Permanent account closure
Loss of access to all purchased digital products
