By purchasing or subscribing to any product or service on ghostifypay.com, you agree to this policy, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Because we provide digital tools, automated services, and software-based solutions, refunds are handled carefully and only under specific conditions.


2. Digital Products & Software Services

All digital products, software tools, templates, and downloadable resources sold on GhostifyPay are non-refundable once delivered or accessed—unless there is a proven technical issue caused by our platform that we are unable to resolve.

We strongly encourage customers to read product descriptions, features, and compatibility information before making a purchase.


3. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or annual) to GhostifyPay services are billed in advance.

3.1 Refund Eligibility for Subscriptions

A refund may be issued only if:

  • A technical issue prevents you from using the service, and

  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days

3.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You change your mind or no longer need the service

3.3 Automatic Renewals

  • Navigating to Billing / Subscriptions

  • Selecting Cancel Subscription

Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No further charges will be made.

  • No partial-month or prorated refunds will be issued.

4.2 Service or Order Cancellations

One-time service orders (e.g., setup services, integrations, manual tasks) can be cancelled only if work has not yet begun.

If work has already started, cancellations may be accepted at GhostifyPay’s discretion, but refunds may be partial or unavailable.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you need help with an order, we encourage you to contact us first.
Filing a chargeback without giving our support team the opportunity to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your GhostifyPay services

  • Permanent account closure

  • Loss of access to all purchased digital products

We always aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.
